If you lived next door I would knock and have something delicious you couldn’t refuse or I’d come often and you’d feel guilty and let me stay awhile. I would gain your trust that you would talk to me and then I would listen.. I know you have something I need. Why do I say that? Because there is a burning in my heart and it won’t go away. If I told you this, I know you would smile and be a quiet man. How do I know, I just do..
I’ve read your books, I love your quotes, most of them. I know you have faults, regrets, deep hurts, but I too know Truth you made your friend. It is this friend, Truth, that has made my life quit uncomfortable at times, but we too are very close and he has become the finest of friends. I’d ask your opinion about this ?
I’d probably a about drinking? maybe not? I come from a heritage of drinkers and I’ve learned some things about people that drink. Many have a heart beyond compare, a heart easily hurt or broken, and often time they drink to hide the brokenness. They being a drinker gives them often a hidden low self esteem when they in fact are caring a gift that could change a darkened world. These hearts are rare, often hidden because of trickery of an enemy.
sk youI being a christian does not mean one’s heart is softened to the need of anothers. Christians hearts have been forgiven and depend on a Savior for the next dimension. It doesn’t mean their hearts are right with people it means they have trusted a savior, that is if they know Truth and not a fake?
We all carry sin some more than others. But in God’ eyes sin is sin. He is not a respecter of persons. He is Love.
